INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. striped bass fillets
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 TBSP. butter, softened
3 TBSP. mayonnaise
3 TBSP. green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash Tabasco
DIRECTIONS
Place fillets in single layer on well greased baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread mixture on fish.
Broil fish for 10 minutes or until top is lightly brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
Serves 6.
