INGREDIENTS
4 flounder fillets
1/2 cup honey
2 TBSP sesame oil
2 TBSP soy sauce
Fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, combine honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Stir well.
Lay out flounder fillets in single layer on a greased baking dish.
Season with pepper.
Pour honey mixture over the top of fillets.
Bake fillets for 12 minutes.
Serves 4.
