INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. bass fillets
6 oz. teriyaki sauce
Lemon juice
Lemon pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
Marinate the bass fillets overnight in the teriyaki sauce.
Place bass in pan lined with aluminum foil.
Sprinkle lemon juice and lemon pepper over the bass fillets.
Place onion slices on the fillets.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
