PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO 3500 TIDAL FINFISH TO INCLUDE A NEW §3588 ATLANTIC MENHADEN.

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 30, 2013 regarding a proposed addition to the Tidal Finfish regulations to include a new §3588 Atlantic Menhaden. The hearing will be held at 6:30 PM in the DNREC Auditorium, Richardson & Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901.

The hearing record on the proposed modifications to 3500 Tidal Finfish to include a new §3588 Atlantic Menhaden will be open September 1, 2013.
