NOTE - The Board tasked the TC, Law Enforcement Committee, and Advisory Panel to evaluate a potential recommendation to the National Marine Fisheries Service to consider opening the exclusive economic zone to catch and release fishing. The Plan Review Team will report back to the Board in May regarding the outcome of those discussions.
